The first time you sign in to a brand-new account, Tiny Solutions walks you
through the required steps to create your agency. Most agencies finish it in a
couple of minutes, and you only do it once.

## The steps [#the-steps]

1. **Your name**: tell us how your name should appear to your team.
2. **A password**: if you signed up with an email code, you set a password now so you have an everyday way back in. This step is skipped if you already have one or signed in with Google.
3. **Your agency**: enter your agency's name. This is what your team sees in the sidebar and on invitations.

When you are done, you land on **Children**, your main caseload surface.
