Billing & plans
Your plan, what is included, upgrading, and managing payment.
Manage your agency's plan under Settings → Subscription. New agencies start on Free without a card, subscription, or Stripe account.
Plans
- Free — start and keep working with up to 5 active children and 1 user.
- Pro — for working agencies: more children and team members, billed per seat.
Upgrading and managing payment
- When you need more capacity, select Upgrade to Pro and enter your payment details.
- Once you are on a paid plan, Manage subscription opens a secure portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and download receipts.
If a payment does not go through, you see a banner prompting you to update your payment method so your agency keeps working without interruption.
