Agency software for New York Early Intervention

Run your EI agency from one child record.

Create the referral once. Tiny carries each fact forward so each role sees what needs action. This includes intake dates, service assignments, authorizations, session documentation, claims, remittances, and payroll.

One workflow from referral to reimbursement

The child record is the source for every queue, document, and claim.

One record powers intake, services, documentation, and billing.

01Agency setup

Create the agency and add the first referral.

Name the agency, invite staff when ready, and enter the first referral without an implementation call. Tiny opens the agency before you configure every list or module.

Free from the first sign-in, with no limit on staff or active children.

02Referral and intake

Turn one referral into the child record and its deadlines.

Enter the child, family contact, referral source, and submitted date once. Tiny carries those facts into intake and calculates the next date-driven work from the source record.

Correct the source date once; dependent deadlines update from that record.

03Services and authorizations

See what each child can receive and what needs action.

Tiny records only the services authorized for your agency: delivery terms, supporting evidence, assigned professionals, visits, reports, units, and billing follow-up.

Authorizations to review is derived from your agency’s recorded dates, units, service activity, and reports.

04Services and documents

File each note and document on the child it belongs to.

Session documentation and uploaded files stay attached to the child, provider, service, and date instead of relying on a shared-drive folder name.

Posting signed work appends an audit event and preserves the prior record.

05Billing and payroll

Build claims from authorized, signed services.

Billing verifies posted services against the child, authorization, rate, and session record before staff create claim files, reconcile remittances, or prepare payroll.

Every billed unit remains traceable to the service record that produced it.

One durable record

Open one child record to see the people, deadlines, services, documents, billing history, and audit trail connected to that child.

One record, different responsibilities

Permissions determine which children, queues, and actions each person can use.

Give each role the work they need from the same child record.

Shared child record

  • Service coordination
  • Evaluation
  • Provider services

Without a system

  • Rebuild the child’s story from spreadsheets, inboxes, and folders.
  • Calculate deadlines again whenever a source date changes.
  • Reconcile signed work, claims, and remittances in separate ledgers.

In Tiny

  • Open one child record and see the people, work, and history together.
  • Correct the source date once and let every dependent clock follow.
  • Trace reimbursement back to authorized, signed service delivery.

Security in the record workflow

Limit every record read and change to the signed-in agency and role.

See the verify-email step instead of an error on a child record

A Member whose sign-in email is not verified yet sees the verification step and a link to account settings on a child record, Services, IFSP, authorization, and evaluation, instead of a raw error.

An IFSP stays current through its last day

The plan reads Current until midnight New York time on its end date instead of turning past the evening before, and Add progress note saves with the period it prefilled from the authorization.

Post session closes on success and a correction names its first empty field

The Post confirmation closes once the session posts and keeps a refusal in view if it does not, and the correction dialog moves you to the first empty required field instead of the top of the form.
