Session notes
Providers write the note on the record, on a laptop or a phone, with the child's IFSP outcomes beside it.

A signed session note becomes a claim. Before the claim goes into the EI Hub claim file, Tiny Solutions checks it against the authorization. It holds back any claim that would fail.
The provider writes the note once. The claim, the payment, and the paycheck all read from that same visit.

A note counts only when its provider signs it. Unsigned notes stay out of the claim file until they are signed.
Denied claims gather in one list with the reason EI Hub sent, so you can fix the record and send the claim again.
Each payment is matched to the claims it pays, so you can see which claims are paid.
The visits that become claims also become hours. Payroll reads signed visits, so nobody counts them twice.
Each provider's signed visits for the period are listed, ready for payroll.
Each child's record shows the claims for their visits and what happened to each one.
