Tiny Solutions keeps the records of New York State Early Intervention agencies. This page says what we store, which outside services help run Tiny Solutions, and how an agency keeps control of its data.
Tiny Solutions stores the account details an agency gives to set up and run the service, such as staff names, email addresses, and roles.
It also stores the child record and service information that agency staff enter as part of their work. This information stays inside the agency that owns it. One agency cannot reach another agency's records.
Logging in uses cookies set by the sign-in system. These cookies keep you logged in. They are not used for advertising.
The service keeps technical logs, such as how long requests take and error records, to run the app and fix problems. Tiny Solutions does not use advertising trackers.
Tiny Solutions uses a small number of outside services to run. Each one does one limited job:
Convex
Database and file storage
Holds the records agencies enter. A business associate agreement (BAA) covers it.
AWS Bedrock
Tiny Agent's model
Runs the model behind Tiny Agent. It receives the record details that a staff member asks Tiny Agent to work on. A BAA covers it.
Vercel
Application hosting
Serves the web app to signed-in staff.
Resend
Account email
Sends sign-in and account messages. These messages never contain child or family health information.
Stripe
Paid plan billing
Handles agency billing if a paid plan ever applies. It does not receive health information.
Postal address suggestions
Receives the street address a signed-in staff member types into the address search. Tiny Solutions saves only the postal address the person selects or enters. It does not save Google's place IDs or search sessions.
PostHog
Product analytics
Records page views, clicks, and session replays so we can see where the app is hard to use. Replays show page text, which can include names. Typed values and photos never leave the browser.
Sentry
Error reports
Receives a report when the app fails. Each report is cleaned before it is sent: no cookies, request bodies, user details, or query values.
Records are kept while the agency uses Tiny Solutions, so the agency always has its full history.
An agency may ask for its data at any time. Entries are only added to the audit history. They are never rewritten or removed, so the history of who did what stays complete.
