Privacy
Plain answers about the data agencies keep here.
Tiny Solutions is the system of record for New York State Early Intervention agencies. This page describes what the service stores, the providers that support it, and how an agency keeps control of its data.
What the service stores
Tiny Solutions stores the account details an agency provides to set up and run the service, such as staff names, email addresses, and role assignments.
It also stores the child-record and service information agency staff enter as part of their work. This information stays inside the agency that owns it and is scoped so one agency cannot reach another agency's records.
Log data and cookies
Signing in uses session cookies handled by the authentication system. These cookies keep a signed-in session active and are not used for advertising.
The service keeps operational logs to run and troubleshoot the application, such as request timing and error records. Tiny Solutions does not use advertising trackers.
Sub-processors
Tiny Solutions relies on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service. Each one handles a narrow job:
Data retention and return
Records are retained while the agency workspace is active so the agency has its full operating history available.
An agency may request its data at any time. The audit history is append-only by design: entries are added, never rewritten or removed, so the record of who did what stays intact.
