Your team

Members & roles

Invite your team, see the roster, and choose what each person can do.

Your team is managed in two places. Everyone can browse the roster from Members in the sidebar; admins manage the team from Settings → Members.

The roles

A person's role sets their permissions — what they can see and do, and how much of the caseload they can access.

  • Owner — the single person who owns the agency. The owner can do everything an admin can, and can transfer ownership to another active member.
  • Admin — can invite and manage people, change agency settings, view every child (even unassigned ones), and manage billing.
  • Member — works their assigned children. An admin can also give a member access to the whole caseload when that is part of their job.
  • Guest — a zero-access role kept out of staff surfaces by default.

The Members directory

Open Members from the sidebar to browse everyone in the agency — name, role, and when they joined. Admins also see each person's email and when they were last active, and get an Invite button.

Managing the team (admins)

Under Settings → Members, admins manage the full roster:

  • Invite someone by email and pick their role. Until they accept, you can resend or revoke the invitation.
  • Change role between admin and member.
  • Make owner — transfer ownership to another active member (owner only).
  • Deactivate someone to block their access immediately, or reactivate them later. Their history stays intact.
  • Export the roster to CSV for access reviews.

Members can also leave the agency themselves from their own row — except the owner, who transfers ownership first.

Deactivating a member signs them out everywhere right away. Every team change is recorded in the audit log.
