What is Tiny Solutions?
A secure system for New York State EI agencies to manage service coordination, evaluation, provider work, and children from referral to discharge.
Tiny Solutions is where your agency keeps track of the children you serve in New York's Early Intervention Program (EIP), from the Referral this Agency sends, while services are active, and on to transition and discharge. It replaces paper checklists, spreadsheets, and older desktop software with one shared agency record.
Who uses it
- Agency admins see the whole agency: every child, every team member, and the agency's settings and billing.
- Members are assigned agency staff. They may coordinate services, complete evaluations, or deliver therapy, depending on the agency. They work with assigned children day to day: entering details, tracking insurance and consents, and keeping notes.
What you can do
- Keep a complete record for each child: demographics, contacts, medical info, insurance, documents, and notes.
- Record Referrals this Agency sends, and keep the frozen copy.
- Track required consent forms and insurance details in one place.
- Invite your team and decide what each person can see and do.
