Set up your agency

The first time you sign in to a brand-new account, Tiny Solutions walks you through the required steps to create your agency. Most agencies finish it in a couple of minutes, and you only do it once.

The steps

1. Your name: tell us how your name should appear to your team.
2. A password: if you signed up with an email code, you set a password now so you have an everyday way back in. This step is skipped if you already have one or signed in with Google.
3. Your agency: enter your agency's name. This is what your team sees in the sidebar and on invitations.

When you are done, you land on Children, your main caseload surface.

Next steps

• Invite your team and choose each person's role.
• Add your first child or referral.
• Set your agency's name and region under Settings → Agency.
