Your first sign-in
Your email creates your account. There is no password to create.
Your email creates your account. On the sign-up page, enter your email, select Continue with email, and type the 6-digit code we send you. There is no password to create. The sign-in page works the same way, so a new email there also creates an account.
After that, a few setup questions follow. See Set up your agency.
You can add a faster way back in at any time: a passkey on each device you use, or a linked Google or Microsoft account under Settings → Account. The emailed code always works too.
Were you invited by your agency? Open the invitation email and follow its link. The page names the agency. Select Join to sign in and join in one step. The link works once, for 24 hours. After that, we email you a code to finish joining.
