New accounts start with an email code, then you create your password during setup.
New accounts start with an email code — no password to invent up front. Click Sign up, enter your email, and type the code we send you.
Right after that, you create your password as part of setup. From then on, the password is your everyday way in, and the email code is always there as a backup.
Were you invited by your agency? Open the invitation email and follow the link — your email is filled in for you, and accepting the invite adds you to the agency automatically.
