Insurance
Record a child's coverage — Medicaid, commercial, or none — with proof of coverage.
The Insurance tab records how a child's services are covered. Choose one of three options, then fill in the details. Like the rest of the record, it saves as you go.
The three options
- Medicaid — enter the Medicaid ID and upload proof of coverage.
- Commercial — enter the carrier, member ID, policy holder, and group number, and upload proof of coverage.
- None — upload a declination form showing the family has no coverage.
A badge shows whether insurance is Documented or Not documented, so you can tell at a glance what is still outstanding.
Insurance lives on the Child. It is not a Referral status. See Referrals.
